Hydro One customers: download your annual usage data file by following these steps.
- Click this link to login: hydroone.com/login
- Navigate to Usage: Click on the "My Energy Usage" tab in your dashboard.
- Select monthly.
- On the right pane:
- Turn on show cost and show kWh.
- Set the period to start 13 months ago and end today.
- Select Excel to download. It may take some time and there may be more than one file. Please send all files.
